Over the years I have taken a few chances in life, but today I will talk about my challenge. I’ve been promoted as kitchen manager at the school and no matter, all the years of experience I’ve in managing I’m extremely nervous. Who wants to mess up the school lunch? Imagine if I don’t get what I order for the week. That can be a chaos.
I went back to work on Monday and getting the kitchen ready for the first day at school was a challenging day. All week I’ve been a nerve wracked.
After a long day of hard work and a good team the best reward of the day is looking at all the happy faces.
