The reason why my girls love the color Pink:

Girl # 1 (12 years old)

It makes me feel pretty

It makes me feel like a princess

It makes me happy

 

Girl #2 (10 years old)

It makes me smile

It makes me feel strong

It makes me feel super powers

 

Two different responses on why they love Pink.  So, I ask myself why I also love this color. Since I can remember different shades of pink has been my favorite color of course next to purple. What a combination. Pink makes me feel all the responses my girls just gave me over the phone. Also, the pink ribbon reminds me of my battle with breast cancer and symbolizes the courage and the fight for a cure.
