#JusJoJan daily Prompt January 22, 2018~Liberty

Have you ever visited the Statue of Liberty? I don’t, however I’m planning a trip to New York on summer. The statue of Liberty is on my list to visit. The statue of Liberty is a symbol of the USA. For a lot of people, it means freedom and prosperity. When I watch the movie Titanic or the animated movie An American Tail you can watch how hopeful the characters are when they are getting close to the statue. And I’m watching the News where they mention The Statue of Liberty is open to tourist despite the government shutdown. They are using the state funds. Bravo to New York!

  1. I went many years ago with teens and a child in a stroller; nonetheless, we made it up the many flights of stairs to the base of the statue, where we decided to come out and look up and then look all around… omigosh, amazing. Every bit of it! You’ll love it!
