This morning I hire a person to work in our school cafeteria. When they post the position they ask for resumes, recommendations, and they ask for experience. However, in my opinion, I prefer a person with no or a little experience. Since I can train the person the way I want them to work. I can’t stand when I’m training and the person begins saying in my other job I did it this way. How many times I will like to say to them, you are not working in the other place. How many times I have to remind them we have to follow the school district regulations. That’s one of the reasons I prefer a no experience applicant and the majority of the time they become better employees.
