My Perfect Day!

This is a simple answer my perfect day would be camping at the lake, BBQ, campfire, roasted marshmallows, watching the stars, reading, and sleeping. Okay Centennial Park I will be there on Friday to spend another relaxing weekend.

Imagine that tomorrow, all of your duties and obligations evaporate for the day. You get the day all to yourself, to do anything you please. What types of fun activities would make your day?

Sparkling or Still

What’s your idea of a perfect day off: one during which you can quietly relax, doing nothing, or one with one fun activity lined up after the other? Tell us how you’d spend your time.

One more day and the weekend will be here. The weather has been cold so it will be fine to stay home cozy in my PJ’s, having a cup of coffee and cake with a good book. Later in the afternoon, watch a few Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel and popcorn.

That’s what I call the perfect day off, however what I forgot I must babysit my grandkids. I guess it would be a game day.

You, Robot

First of all, my robot would be called Rover. He would take my place at work once a while. I think it would be fun for the kids to see a robot cooking for them. Having a little break from work and continue getting paid would be a great idea.

Then when I return back to work he can take care of the house. He should cook, clean, dishes, sweep, mop, dust, laundry and taking care of the garden. Listing the chores gives the impression is a lot of work now I understand why I’m always tired. So, bring me that robot.

Congrats—you’ve been handed a robot whose sole job is to relieve you of one chore, job, or responsibility you particularly hate. What is it?—The Daily Post

My Sunday!

What I love the most on a Sunday is the quiet time I get for myself. Everyone is sleeping and the house is quiet so I pick my three notebooks that I designed for specific work, my daily gratitude journal, my writing notes (quotes, thoughts, and ideas) I’m planning to write short stories and my memories journal (stories of my family and childhood) I want to write a memoir a suggestion coming from my oldest granddaughter who will be ten and want to keep my family history.

I also like to update my blog on Sundays. During the rest of the week I work all day, take care of my family, and chores and my time go quickly. My Sundays are my day to relax and enjoy what I have.

I am truly blessed for having this time for myself and do what I love to do write, write, and write.
